Hello good citizens of Earth. I've missed you all. Some more than others, others more than some... well, in any case, I come bearing news. I've given birth... to yet another performance. Not one, but two different performances resulting in a combined total of 4 days/ opportunities, where you can see me perform LIVE! I've been crafting, rehearsing, moving and shaking myself in preparation for the next two pieces for not only your viewing pleasure but for my need to be seen and heard. Yes folks, I like to be seen and heard. Especially by you wonderful people whom I consider to be my community of friends, peers, and confidants. Here's a little secret I will let you in on... I LOVE seeing you guys there! Flowers or not. Harsh criticism or insane amounts of praise. WTF's and heck yeah's... I LOVE it all. So please if not for me... do it for the two children I've birthed.
The first, and opening this weekend... the 3rd Annual Long Beach Poppin' Play Festival! I am part of a little project called "What Can We..." written by Craig Abernethy. A short, yet impactful piece on what three people can possibly do on stage in 5 minutes. It's awesome. I'm very proud of this and feel extremely fortunate to have worked with such an amazing group of people in the process. Yes you Jeremy, Kat, Brett, and Johnny. Suuuper excited to open. This, I will be performing the next 3 Saturdays. And as mentioned, it is a play 'festival' which means you will be seeing more than one play. You will be seeing four plays for the price of one. I've seen them and they are awesome. So if you love the theatre or if you don't at all, I still encourage you to come just for me then. :)

The second... some of you may or may not know, I've been taking Improv classes at Upright Citizen Brigade (UCB) and it has been one of the most amazing things I have ever been a part of. Our class has a graduating show on 9/11 @ 4:00 PM. It is absolutely free and it is in Los Angeles so I highly encourage you to come. I don't want to get too ahead of myself when I say this but... I think I may have found my world. Too soon to say? Maybe so. But it is currently what consumes me so please please please come support me and the UCB community by showing face and sucking face with each other... which makes me happy. The sucking face part. :)
