eh?
I moved!
Now instead of living in Ktown, I now live just north of Ktown. Can't stray too far from the mothertown now can I?
It was my birthday!
It was my birthday last month and I actually feel different. I feel... older. I didn't know we were actually capable of feeling the feeling of getting older. I did though. It was dumb. And then something clicked that morning, and it wasn't my loosely attached shoulder sockets. There came upon me an overwhelming need to make or do something profound. To make moves based on strategic planning and brain power. I actually felt the endowment of responsibilities come over me as I stared at the reflection of my newly sprouted nipple hairs in the mirror. So is this what getting older is? The need to make yourself important and to pluck unwanted hairs more frequently. If so sign me up. I... can't... wait.
I'm directing!
For the third year I am directing my church's children's Christmas musical, Jubilee. This brings a lot of joy into my life. If there was an award for being the most excited for the weekend to approach I probably would place like at least third or fourth next to the person in line for Le Cercle at 8pm. Even though it's not about making it bigger and better than the one before... it is. And this year we're really pulling out all the stops. If no one is doing anything around 7pm on Christmas Eve, I know about a wicked children's musical going on that everyone who's ever loved children or music should see.
I'm performing!
I will be performing again on the UCB stage on November 20th. I suggest you come and with a friend. Your support is not taken lightly so I may try to kiss you in the mouth when I see you.
Something is airing somewhere!
I've been hearing randomly that folks have been seeing one of my Progressive ads on the internet while watching youtube. I'm dancing in it if that helps. Let's keep our fingers crossed and hope it actually hits the tele for the masses.
Hey so, on the real, I had a really amazing birthday. You know when you invite 20 people and 20 people end up showing up? No? Yea.. usually never ever happens. But this time *sniffle* this time it did. It was amazing. For those of you who showed up afterwards, you guys are so rad. There was love everywhere I turned and I really don't think anyone had as much fun as I did in the whole world for those 6 hours. Mad love for ya'll.
Alright! Time to get cracking on whatever my newly acquired age of old is prompting me to do.
GOOD.NIGHT.
